It’s forever away, but damn I cannot fucking wait to be on stage again.
No More Games (Behind The Work)
It’s summer time, the grind is definitely real. Working on getting a second job just so I can put double the money towards music. Seems like I’m at the end of everybodys jokes but thats over with.
Getting my quality situation figured out & soon I’ll begin getting my tracks mastered.
"A Kid Can Dream" will keep the originality of a normal mix tape with a couple new beats produced by my man Fergus, along with CMR.
Finishing up that project & the free verse series, “Who Is This Kid?” Which I created to help find my self as an artist. Listening to the first one and now to the one I’ll be releasing Friday, my spit game has improved a lot over time but that doesn’t mean I’ll stop working. I have a couple left in me before A Kid Can Dream officially drops.
The date for that is still up in the air, but I’m aiming for mid July.
I’ve begun working on another project, “Untitled Rhymes” It’ll be an EP about whatever I want, the tracks will definitely be different. It’ll even include a rock song with a surprise band from my area. I’m excited about these moves.
Soon my big bro Dylan Wilson will be back in state, along with Fergus who I hope to continue working with. Things are looking up for ya boy!
Hey Beautiful (Prod. Fergus)
What I’m saying in this song produced by a good friend of my Fergus, is actually kind of complicated. This song has a twist & I say that because one minute I’m talking about my close friend & the next I’m talking about my music.” Don’t forget that your my bay, bee” is talking about my music. I care about it, & I know it’s something that won’t ever leave me. While I proceed to talk about a good friend of mine who stays down for me even though we’re so far a part. We live our lives but not together because of the thousands of miles. Who knows one day it might be me & her again, until then all I have is my music. It’s difficult to know which I’m talking about in certain lines & that’s what I like most about this track. Not that you guys cant understand, but the fact i can fit multiple stories like that in a song. The bonus off of my upcoming Mix tape “A Kid Can Dream” is just a little taste of what I’m bringing for the whole tape. Definitely an entirely new level for me as an artist.
Thanks for reading & stay tuned!
I say I’m an artist, never associating myself with the “rap” persona or anything of the sorts. Why, because when people see me, they don’t think rapper. Actually they don’t think much of anything really, but when they hear my music. They especially don’t think of a rapper. My lines aren’t to impress people, my lines aren’t heavy hitters that can diss someone. I just started using metaphors which is common in most artist music but isn’t something that I’ve been able to do well. I’ve just begun to experiment with it & so far, so good. My game is only improving, but if I had to clarify myself as an individual artist. I would say hip-hop because if you would look up the definition of hip-hop and how it started. It doesn’t technically have to include lyrics. It can just be the beat & that’s hip-hop. Now after reading the definition you realize, hip-hop is to relay a story or to send a message. In my music, that’s what I try to do. Well, for the most part at least, I don’t really talk about anything irrelevant to my life. My life gets put into my music basically, whether it be me having fun like “Party Party” for instance or me talking about how much I care about my family & friends like “What I Wouldn’t Give”. I love music, I love hip-hop & I just don’t want to be a disgrace to it by claiming something without knowing what it is. I’m not a rapper, nor am I Hip-Hop mastermind. I’m just an artist trying to paint the perfect master piece & I’m taking my time to truly find myself.

8 Minutes of the Earth’s Rotation
How I wish our planet’s movement was this apparent while staring at the night sky. It could probably make a lot more people realize just how tiny we are compared to this vast unexplored galaxy above our heads.
